RNSG 2201 - Care of Children and Families

Study of concepts related to the provision of nursing care for children and their families, emphasizing judgment and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. This course lends itself to a blocked approach. Focus is on holistic human needs. Associate degree nurse role assimilation is facilitated through the development of major concepts. Testing fee is charged.
Required Prerequisite(s): RNSG 1413  RNSG 1360  RNSG 1105  RNSG 1441  RNSG 1461  RNSG 2213  and RNSG 2263 
Required Corequisite(s): RNSG 2261  (if it is the second attempt at passing this course, then the co-requisite may be waived)
