Intercultural Network

The Intercultural Engagement and Academic Success Network (Intercultural Network) is a distinguishable inclusive support system of academic affairs, student development services, and community partners committed to the success of all students, with an emphasis on those traditionally underrepresented in the college environment.

Guided by Five Principles: Academic Support; Social and Emotional Support; Career Competency Development; Leadership Skills Development; Personal Growth and Development, the Intercultural Network leverages college and community resources to support traditionally underrepresented students in achieving their academic goals.

The Intercultural Network is committed to support our students by providing all the necessary resources, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and support in the pathways to retention, graduation, and success.

The Men of Color Collaborative

The Men of Color Collaborative (MCC) is a signature initiative of the Intercultural Student Engagement & Academic Success Network and is committed to creating a sense of belonging and community for men of color students at TCC. Intercultural Network Coordinators provide targeted and individualized interventions, resources and opportunities to men of color as determined by their interests and needs. Through the MCC, students can find a mentor, participate in regional and national conferences, and pursue leadership and other experiential learning opportunities.

For more information, visit Intercultural Network and/or contact any of the campus Intercultural Network offices.
