EDTC 1071 - Integrative Instructional Approaches Contact Hours: 48 CEUs: 4.8 This course is designed to equip teacher candidates with the knowledge and skills necessary to create, manage, and assess effective learning environments. It integrates principles of classroom management, instructional planning, data-driven instruction, and the use of technology to enhance student engagement and performance. Candidates will learn to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive classroom climate, manage student behavior, and use data to inform instructional practices. The course emphasizes the importance of ethical and legal responsibilities in education and prepares candidates to meet the Texas Teacher Standards and the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) competencies.
