(3-3-0) Develops upper-advanced listening and speaking skills in speakers of languages other than English and prepares them to function in educational, vocational and/or personal English-speaking contexts. This course cannot be used to fulfill degree requirements. Required prerequisite: Appropriate scores on a TCC - approved placement test or ESOL-0302
