ARCE 2352 - Mechanical and Electrical Systems Semester Hours: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Laboratory Hours: 0 The properties of building materials (assemblies), specifications, codes, vendor references, and uses of mechanical, plumbing, conveying, and electrical systems as they relate to architecture for residential and commercial construction. Course will include a survey of buildings that conserve energy, water, and human resources; sustainable design and construction. The course will illustrate the connection of the previously mentioned topics, when applicable, to the digital age and the Internet of Things (IoT) which are reshaping our built environment. Required Prerequisite(s): ARCH 2312
