3. Graduates will understand safety tools and equipment and the operation of them.
4. Graduates will demonstrate an introduction to tools and instruments and how to use them.
5. Graduates will understand transformer connections and danger of voltage involved.
6. Graduates will understand installation and replacement of equipment on pole and in underground systems.
7. Graduates will understand system issues and how to repair the issues properly.
8. Graduates will demonstrate knowledge of underground equipment, operation, and repair on system with high voltage.
