Program Student Learning Outcomes


  1. Graduates will create a beginning stage of a hospitality business.
  2. Graduates will demonstrate a working knowledge of food costing in a hospitality operation.
  3. Graduates will identify and explain the 5 Phases of the Event Planning Process.
  4. Graduates will demonstrate the ability to work in the hospitality industry by completing practical work experience.
  5. Graduates will demonstrate the knowledge of a proper table setting and serving technique in a “real life” event open to the public.
