1. Graduates will demonstrate mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills to solve problems with malfunctioning equipment.

2. Graduates will demonstrate troubleshooting skills while assessing circuits.

3. Graduates will demonstrate the proper method of utilizing various hand tools.

4. Graduates will perform preventive maintenance.

5. Graduates will demonstrate safety practices (organization, state and national), including proper lock-out/tag-out procedures.

6. Graduates will demonstrate an understanding of motor control circuits and controlled devices.

7. Graduates will demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical & electrical principles.
