1. Graduates will demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical & electrical principles.

2. Graduates will demonstrate the proper method of utilizing various hand tools.

3. Graduates will demonstrate safety practices (organization, state and national), including proper lock-out/tag-out procedures.
