1. Graduates will demonstrate the knowledge of sanitation and safety in dining room/front-of-house operations.

2. Graduates will create a beginning stage of a hospitality business.

3. Graduates will demonstrate a working knowledge of food costing in a hospitality operation.

4. Graduates will demonstrate the ability to work in the hospitality industry by completing practical work experience.

5. Graduates will demonstrate the knowledge of a proper table setting and serving technique in a “real life” event open to the public.
