Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology: Commercial HVAC/R Technician, AAS

1. Graduates will demonstrate the ability to differentiate between various faults with refrigeration systems.

2. Graduates will evaluate electrical test meter readings obtained on HVAC electrical circuitry and explain the state of the circuit or components included in the circuit.

3. Graduates will demonstrate proficiency with skills necessary for a career as an HVAC installer.

4. Graduates will be able to differentiate between various faults related to building automation systems including various electrical control devices.

5. Graduates will judge when business practices of a potential employer are ethical.
