1. Graduates will prepare, examine, or analyze accounting transactions, financial statements, tax returns, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2. Graduates will create spreadsheets to organize, calculate, and summarize quantitative data using formulas, functions, pivot tables, and other tools.
3. Graduates will use appropriate technology to solve real-world accounting and business problems. Examples include the Microsoft Office suite, accounting software packages, data analytics tools, and other technologies.
4. Graduates will be able to communicate financial information to others in verbal and written form.
