1. Graduates will gain an understanding management terminology and of the organization, economic, political and technological changes of the world and how they affect management decisions.

2. Graduates will develop an understanding of strategic management, leadership, and organizational behavior from a manager viewpoint.

3. Graduates will demonstrate critical thinking skills in solving management issues.
